With our online workshops we will deliver our quality sessions virtually to your classroom. You still get access to our expert knowledge and interactive activities. Sessions are designed to encourage pupils to be curious and inquisitive, investigate and evaluate evidence through enjoyable and engaging activities. Children will become history detectives and find out how we learn about the past. All our class workshops can be delivered online or bespoke workshops will be developed to fit your requirements.   • Can you solve the Celtic Mystery? Children become archaeologists investigating a historical mystery using object investigation.
  • Meet Anwen from the Deceangli tribe and hear about life in a Celtic village.
  • Learn about the Celts mysterious gods and goddesses and how important they are
  • The option to make your own Celtic crown is also available

Investigate the Romans using multisensory activities including object identification, images, interpretative videos and problem solving challenges.

The session:

  • Help the archaeologists investigate the Mystery of the Bath House. Can you find out what happened in a bath house?
  • Meet Marcus Aurelius Nepos, a Roman soldier and find out about the armour and weapons as well as battle techniques he uses.
  • Do you have what it takes to be a Roman soldier? Have the option to make your own shield and get ready for battle!
  • Learn the Latin terms for marching and how the soldiers defended their legion with their shields.
